Focus’ new ICT platform went live on 14 January 2017. This date marked a key milestone in the organisation’s history as it heralded a new beginning for clients and staff. Flow Logic which is the new staff portal is Focus’ new one stop shop for everything including staff/client details, rosters, mileage logs and even timesheet reports. The transition to a new system has had its teething issues but a comprehensive project plan is ensuring all bugs are fixed and continuous improvements are made in a timely manner.
The final step in this process is the launch of Flow Point, which will be an exclusive client and guardian portal. Flow Point will help clients and guardians track services provided to them through Focus and enable them to communicate more effectively with the Focus team. The advent of the new ICT platform is yet another exciting step in Focus’ journey into the future.
