What is Supported Independent Living (SIL)?

Support and assistance with tasks of daily life in a shared living environment, with a focus on developing the skills of each individual to live as autonomously as possible. Shared living means 2-3 people with similar lifestyles can be supported to live a normal life in the community and the comfort of their home.
