High Intensity Support Rates
High Intensity Care services
- ACT rates for High Intensity Care — higher than standard care
- Requires specialist qualifications and oversight
- Complex care setup fees apply for initial assessment
- 24/7 and emergency services require individual quotes
Core Supports Rates
Personal care, daily support, and community access
Who is this for: NDIS participants with Core Supports funding (Assistance with Daily Life, Assistance with Social, Economic and Community Participation, or Transport) in their current plan. High Intensity Care is available to participants with complex or clinical health needs — including tracheostomy care, enteral feeding, ventilation support, complex bowel care, or severe dysphagia — where a higher level of worker training and clinical oversight is required.
How to access: Contact Focus ACT on 02 6282 9422 or email Focus@FocusACT.org. You can self-refer, be referred by a family member or carer, or ask your Support Coordinator to connect you. A service agreement is established before support begins.
