$70.23
per hour · Weekday Daytime

This rate reflects the NDIS catalogued price used to build your plan budget. Pricing is reviewed annually by the NDIS.
Who is this for: NDIS participants with Core Supports funding (Assistance with Social, Economic and Community Participation) in their current plan. The Community Activities Program runs as group-based sessions across Canberra, suitable for adults with a range of disability types. Participants can attend individual sessions or join on an ongoing basis.
How to access: Contact Focus ACT on 02 6282 9422 or email Focus@FocusACT.org to enquire about current programme schedules and availability. You can self-refer or have your Support Coordinator or LAC connect you. A service agreement is established before your first session.
