Support shaped around your life

Supported Independent Living

Everyday support at home, built around what matters to you, the way you want to live and the goals you choose.

A little more room to be you

What is Supported Independent Living?

Supported Independent Living (SIL) is help with the daily tasks of living, so you can build routines, skills and independence at home. Support is planned around your individual needs, preferences and goals.

It is the support you receive—not the home itself. SIL is different from Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), which relates to a person’s housing. Rent and ordinary living costs are separate from SIL support.

The everyday, your way

Support for the things that make a home

We work with you, not around you. Together, we can find practical ways to make daily life feel more manageable and more your own.

Personal routines

Support with everyday personal routines, in a way that respects your choices, privacy and pace.

Meals and household life

Plan and prepare meals, keep on top of household tasks, and build skills through the things you do each day.

Confidence at home

Work towards greater independence and make your home life feel more like your own.

A shared plan

We listen first, then work it out together.

Your choices lead the conversation. We take time to understand what you want from support and keep the people you choose involved.

  1. 01

    Start with listening

We get to know what matters to you, your routines and the goals you want to work towards.

  2. 02

    Shape support together

With your permission, we can include family or other people you choose in the conversation.

  3. 03

    Talk through arrangements

We discuss your NDIS funding and support needs, then agree what supports will be provided.

  4. 04

    Stay connected

Our service team oversees delivery and checks in with you, so we can talk about what is working and what may need to change.
