Daily routines
A hand with agreed parts of your usual routine, at times planned together.
Support visits, arranged with you
Personalised support in your own home, planned around your goals, everyday routines and the tasks you choose.
A visit that fits your plan
Our drop-in support helps you with everyday life in your own home. We work with you to understand your goals, choose the tasks you would like help with, and agree suitable visit times and frequency.
Whether you would like a hand with meals, household tasks or your daily routine, our team works alongside you to build confidence and independence at home. Your preferences guide each visit, and we discuss your NDIS arrangements and what we can provide before agreeing your support.
Small things, meaningful difference
These are examples to start a conversation. We will listen to what matters to you and agree the support together.
A hand with agreed parts of your usual routine, at times planned together.
Support with meal preparation, tidying or other practical tasks you have chosen.
Support to get to appointments or take part in activities in your community, where agreed.
How we work
We will be clear about what can be provided and make a plan together before visits begin.
Participant-led support. We recognise you as an individual and support your capacity to lead your own support through informed and supported decision-making. Your goals, preferences and choices guide what happens during each agreed visit.
Community inclusion. True inclusion means being a valued member of your community, with opportunities to contribute, connect and belong. Where community activities are part of your agreed drop-in support, we work with you to take part in the things that matter to you.
Person-centred active support. We work alongside you in meaningful everyday activities, rather than simply doing tasks for you. “Every Moment Has Potential” and “Little and Often” guide our approach: manageable steps and the right level of assistance help you make choices, participate and build confidence at your own pace.
We listen to your goals, what you would like a visit to help with and what works for you.
We talk through tasks, preferred times and how often you would like support, then agree a plan together.
We discuss how the support may fit with your NDIS arrangements and what can be provided.
We check in together and can revisit the agreed support if your needs or priorities change.
By arrangement, not emergency response
On-demand means support visits arranged and agreed with you. It does not mean instant or emergency response. Visit times and frequency depend on what we discuss and agree together.
