Support Coordination Pricing 2025-26
Level 2: Coordination of Supports — ACT rate, effective July 1, 2025
Hourly rate
$100.14
per hour
Charged in 12-minute increments
That's $20.03 per 12 minutes — so you only pay for the time actually used.
- ACT rates effective July 2025 — applied automatically for plan-managed participants
- All pricing reflects the NDIS catalogued price used to build your plan budget
Who is this for: NDIS participants who have Support Coordination (Capacity Building — Support Coordination) or Psychosocial Recovery Coaching (Capacity Building — Support Coordination) funded in their current NDIS plan. Support Coordination is available to any NDIS participant; Psychosocial Recovery Coaching is specifically for participants living with a psychosocial disability arising from a mental health condition.
How to access: Contact Focus ACT on 02 6282 9422 or email Focus@FocusACT.org. You can self-refer or ask your LAC (Local Area Coordinator) or planner to include Support Coordination in your next plan. No referral is required if funding is already in your plan — simply choose Focus ACT as your provider in the NDIS myplace portal.
